Shipping Policy
All our stakes are made to order, and requires a 2-3 day process time, depending on the size of your order. Packaging and shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address, and is subject to change. Once done, you will receive a Fastway tracking number to track your parcel. Delivery can take up to 3 days, depending on your location.
Refund Policy
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs.
If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has been not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
