Shipping Policy
Items are sold as is. Due to the nature of plants, it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images.
While we endeavour to package each item as carefully as possible, due to the sensitive nature of plants they may show some signs of distress such as brown leaves or minor cosmetic damage upon arrival. This will be considered a normal result of the shipping process and should not impact long-term plant health.
Plants will only be shipped on a Monday or Tuesday to ensure that packages do not sit in prolonged storage over a weekend.
In cases of extreme weather and/or temperatures that may adversely impact plant health, shipping may be delayed. Should you choose to have your plant shipped despite poor weather conditions, please note that this will be at your own risk.
Refund Policy
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs.
If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has been not already been made at the time of receipt of the cancellation request. A refund will be provided in this case.
