Items are sold as perfect as possible. Due to the nature of our products it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images, how ever, we try our best. Each order will be packaged with the utmost care. Damaged goods due to courier negligence is out of our hands. If goods did arrive damaged please send pictures of package and damaged goods to melanie@shootingroots.co.za so we can turn your frown upside down :)

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
