In simple terms, it is the seller\'s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and safely deliver plants. If there are pests on the plants or any issues during delivery, it\'s the seller\'s duty to address them, not the buyer. I have been working tirelessly to eradicate pests and save the plants that I purchased, considering these aspects.
