Shipping Policy
Items are sold as is. Every care is taken when packaging your orders but we cannot account for any issues with shipping. Where possible we will use recycled packaging materials to help reduce waste and encourage you to reuse these materials once they reach you.
Refund Policy
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs. If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has been not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
