Shipping Policy
Items are sold as-is. Due to the nature of our products, it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images. While we endeavor to package each item as carefully as possible, some items are not meant to be shipped and thus some minor damage may occur in the shipping process.
Please request the cost for the shipment before placing the order.
Collection direct from the nursery can be done by appointment.
Refund Policy
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs. If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders will only be canceled if the shipment has not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
Plants sourced on request by a customer can not be canceled /returned or exchanged after the plant is collected.
