Shipping Policy
Items are sold as is. Due to the nature of our products it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images. Due to the fragile nature of these products all orders must be Collected.
Refund Policy
If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from collection.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders will only be cancelled if they haven't been collected. A refund will be provided in this case.
