Shipping Policy
Orders are sent via the Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers. Both are charged at a flat rate calculated based on the delivery address location.
Once the order has bee received it will be shipped within 7 days. Shipping time takes between 2and 4 days after dispatch. We dispatch plants on Monday's and Tuesday's to avoid plants having to stay over in a warehouse or vehicle for an extended period of time. Plants ordered on a Tuesday will only be shipped the following week.
Delivery costs will differ depending on the size of the plant. The weight is calculated by volumetric weight. We undertake to make the plants as efficiently as possible while ensuring the safety of the plants to keep the costs lower for you. Orders can only be shipped to destinations in South Africa.
Funky Foliage reserves the right to add a surcharge on delivery if by chance the delivery charge exceeds the amount quoted on the website. If there are additional shipping charges the customer will be notified before dispatch.
Refund Policy
Our plants are packaged with the utmost care, strapped in and protected to minimize the possibility of damage. Unfortunately plants are perishable items thus we are not liable to provide refunds if the plants get damaged during transit. In the unlikely event the plant is damaged please let us know so that we can assist you with the rehabilitation
of the plant.
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs.
If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has been not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
