Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of our products it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images. While we endeavour to package each item as carefully as possible, some items are not meant to be shipped and thus some minor damage may occur in the shipping process. We send postnet-to-postnet, but pickup is also an option and then shipping costs will be eliminated.
Refund Policy
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs. If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
