Shipping Policy

Items are sold as is.

For plants: the plant you see is the plant you will recieve.

For wire hangers: Our wires are hand made and therefore may have slight variation.

Shipping and packaging:  While we endeavour to package each item as carefully as possible, some items are not meant to be shipped and thus some minor damage may occur in the shipping process.

Refund Policy

While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs. If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
