Shipping Policy

Items are sold as is. Due to the nature of our products it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images. Quote For Shipping Will Be Provided for couriers outside of cape town. We ship all vases and plants in 23cm pots and smaller. All trees and bigger plants will not be shipped due to the fees applied to ship these plants. Shipping on vases and others can also be done and quoted on. No cash on delivery for courier orders. Vases are usually R175/3 vases and plants R175/4 plants

Refund Policy

Our store allows collections of orders and we also personally deliver each order and at this stage do not make use of courier companies. If any items delivered are damaged it will be replaced. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests upon delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Items cannot be returned or exchanged.Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has been not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
