Shipping Policy
Items are sold as is.
For plants: the plant shown in the picture is the plant you will recieve, when purchasing. However for the plants that we have more than one of, you will recieve a similar size plant, and will not be the exact one as per the picture.
For wire hangers: Our wires are hand made and therefore may have slight variation.
Shipping and packaging: While we endeavour to package each item as carefully as possible, some items are not meant to be shipped and thus some minor damage may occur in the shipping process.
If you have made a purchase from more than one store on one order, we can only ship the items from our store. Our experience is that its best to keep shipping and orders separate for different stores - sorry about this.
Refund Policy
While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs. If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned or exchanged.Orders will only be cancelled if shipment has been not been made. A refund will be provided in this case.
