Shipping Policy

Items are sold as is. Due to the nature of our products it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images.  At this stage we do not deliver or ship outside of the Western Cape.

Refund Policy

Our store allows collections of orders and we also personally deliver each order and at this stage do not make use of courier companies. If any items delivered are damaged it will be replaced. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We will only entertain refund requests upon delivery.
