Shipping Policy

Items are sold as is. Due to the nature of our products it is not possible for every specimen to look exactly the same as the images. 

While we endeavour to package each item as carefully as possible, some items are not meant to be shipped and thus some minor damage may occur in the shipping process.

Refund Policy

While we use reliable couriers, once the package is in their hands we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs. 

If a refund is requested we will require photographic evidence of the issue. All refunds will exclude shipping fees. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will only entertain refund requests up to 24 hours from delivery.

If the plant dies or is not "looking happy" due to not proper care and maintenance, a refund, exchange will not be given, however, we are willing to revive the plant for you, if possible
